HOW TO ENROLL IN VA HEALTHCARE
Complete VA Form 10-10EZ
Fill out the Application for Health Benefits online at VA.gov, by phone, or in person at any VA facility.
Submit Your Documents
Provide your DD-214, Social Security number, insurance information, and financial details if applicable.
Receive Priority Group
The VA will assign you a priority group (1–8) that determines your cost-sharing and benefits.
